Happy New Year, Mischievous Panda Podcast followers! We hope you all had a safe and restful holiday season and that you’re excited to be leaving 2020 behind, turning a new leaf to the exciting possibilities of 2021.

With the start of 2021, we’ve been thinking about New Year’s Resolutions. In particular, we’re thinking about applying the concepts and frameworks we learned from James Clear’s book, Atomic Habits, to redefining who we want to be this year.

In this episode, we first provide a quick overview of our key takeaways from the book. Then we focus on how to overcome the inertia of starting a new habit.
