We’ve talked a lot about and around the importance of meditation. In this episode, Dr. T finally bites the bullet and does his first guided meditation. He leads listeners through a Metta Meditation. The intent behind this meditation is to foster compassion – specifically to send compassion out into the environment around us. Metta helps us focus on influencing our environment positively by channeling compassion into the world.
